I can safely say that this had to be one of the far more challenging (and frustrating) sales the Island Team has ever had to deal with (and hopefully will never again). It certainly was for me. So, because of the difficulty with the buyers and issues with the house itself, Joe and Maria really earned their keep on this sale. They had to spend an inordinate amount of time and effort to get the sale completed. I primarily dealt with Joe, and no matter what time of the day or day of the week that I called, he was extremely responsive. He also responded promptly to texts and emails. He was proactive in doing what needed to be done without being asked. He was firm and "forceful" with the buyers when he needed to be and very accommodating to their (sometimes unreasonable) requests. He's personable and very easy to work with. Without a doubt, this sale wouldn't have successfully concluded without his and Maria's dogged assistance. I can't recommend them enough.
